Location:The Taiga biome is found by the northern part of the northern hemisphere.
Taiga biome spans from North America,Asia, Europe,and stretches across Alaska,Canada,Scandinavia,and Russia
spreading through the northern hemisphere.Also, the Canadian shield is a huge part of the Taiga biome.
Climate:The climate of the Taiga biome is -65 F to 70 F
the annual rainfall for the Taiga biome is around 30 inches a year.
Animals of the taiga biome
Wolf:the wolf has a gray fur coat provides wooly insulation during harsh winter days.
Black bear:The black bear weighs around 220-594 pounds and walks in the same pattern heel-toe just like humans.
lynx: The Lynx is around the size of a normal house cat but its eyes help the lynx see in the night which helps it hunt.
Long eared owl:This owl stands around the size of a normal owl but its ears are 50% longer than any other owl.
River otter: The River otter stands at 25 to 30 inches from head to body its tail is 16 to 18 inches long
its eyes are at the top of its skull to help it see underwater.
Snowshoe rabbit: The snowshoes rabbit is as big as a normal rabbit but in the summer its coat changes from gray to a pure white in the winter.

Balsam fir:This evergreen tree can grow up to 40 to 80 feet tall and can live up to 200 years old.
Black spruce:This evergreen tree is very tall it can grow up to 25 meters the needles on the trees
are a blueish greenish tint,and grows to half an inch.
Jack pine:usually grows to about 27 meters tall,has long slender twings with the wood a reddish color.

White spruce:The needles grow up to about 2.5 centimeters,the needles are used to hold moisture
